Basic Qualifications

Citizenship -  Must be a Sri Lankan female citizen.

Marital Status - Must be unmarried.

Age - Must be between 18 and 22 years of age as on 31st December 2024.

Height - Must not be less than 5 feet 3 inches (162CM).

Weight - Must not be less than 45 kilograms (99 lbs).

Visual acuity - should be 6/6 (without glasses and lenses)

Body mass index - (should be between 18.5Kg/m2 - 25Kg/m2.)

Educational qualifications

G.C.E. (A/L) IELTS with three (03) passes in not more than three sittings (average pass) and 30% marks in the general general examination

and

G.C.E. (O/L) Examination with credit passes in five (05) subjects at the same time, not more than twice, and eight (08) subjects (including Science) with credit passes (C) in English, Mathematics and Sinhala/Tamil subjects at the same time, or candidates who have obtained only an ordinary pass (S) in English Language, should obtain credit passes (C) in English Language at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination or have completed a Diploma/Degree course in English medium at NCQ Level - 04 from an educational institution recognized by the University Admissions Commission (NVQ certificate must be submitted)

or

G.C.E. (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L) recognized by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka (A/L) Examinations (Pearson, Edexcel, GCSE, GCE and Cambridge or other) equivalent international examinations. (Including the above compulsory subjects)

Other Qualifications

Sports, leadership, other achievements at international/national level and proficiency in other languages ​​(other than Sinhala and English) will be considered as special qualifications.
